I recently had my car inspection done here and honestly, I’m really impressed. The staff was incredibly professional from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, didn’t rush me, and made the whole process easy. I left feeling confident about my car, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Great service like this really stands out.

Great place, honest mechanics doing quality work, no upselling, just wish they didn’t pay their technicians on flat rate. Hourly paid mechanics are happier and do better work. Nonetheless, the techs are great here, tell you what they think is wrong, you get to talk to the actual technician.

Had the purge valve replaced on my Fusion. Price was fair and Hunter was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend and will be back for my next issue. This is one of the few businesses I trust.

Ultimate Car Care in Little Elm is the real deal. Fast, friendly service and they clearly know what they’re doing. The staff took the time to explain everything and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. In and out quickly, fair pricing, and my car’s running great. Highly recommend this place if you want honest, quality work — I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing local shop, that offers exceptional service. I've taken my 2009 Toyota Rav4 here a couple of times now for service, and every time has been great. Hunter helped us this most recent time, and he was very open and communicative with diagnostic of the issue. I will definitely be brining my car back her again for any future issues and service, and would highly recommend it to anyone else in the area!
